There are a lot of changes, so here are the highlights

Fixed generics loosing wildcard info during remapping
Improved the creation of UB VarTypes to remove misinformation
Add an option to always print generic method arguments
Gather mappings from the upper bound earlier so it can be used in the invocation instance UB
