Ores wont spawn on the server but they will spawn in single player #428

My friends and I have noticed that no ores spawn from base metals despite other mod ores spawning in. we have quite a few mods but at first we thought it was BIOMES OP but since it works in singleplayer i suppose not, am I missing anything for the server to generate base metal ores?, NetherMetals is working. we have

BaseMetals-1.12-2.5.0-beta7.311.jar OreSpawn-1.12-3.3.1.167.jar

The server minecraft version is 1.12.2 and Forge is forge-1.12.2-14.23.5.2768.jar

Unable to reproduce with -dev builds - issue is likely fixed. Will keep this open until we release.
