The incinerator, animal gym and fluid burner have upgrade slots. None of the upgrades or addons go into these slots.
Options
1) The slots are removed like in the crop cloner
2) Speed upgrades are let in =>same amount of energy per item in a shorter time
3) They get their own type of upgrade (efficiency...)
