Rename Master branch to Main #255

I renamed the master branch on all three projects (MSCS, MSC-GUI, MSCS Docs) to main. Hopefully this does not break anything! I'm opening this issue to let everyone know, and to serve as a location to report any issues with this renaming.

I would like to remove any language that is not inclusive from this project. The branch renaming was the first step. I just committed 932d39a0131d3bd3610412df529430021f87e9b9 to remove the word master. If anyone sees any other language that needs to be modified, please post a note here or submit a pull request.
