When on tickrate zero, and dying tick advance does not work #135

After toggling the tickrate to 0 and dying after a tick advance, it is impossible to tick advance/unfreeze. So the only option is to load a savestate which also softlocks the game if doing so at tickrate 0.

Before opening an issue, reproduce the bug on the newest development commit.
