Prepare Sponge support #116

Sponge seems to be reaching a state where it can be used as a platform. Abstract the Bukkit parts so that Sponge support can be implemented alongside.

Abstraction not practical, since most of Gringotts is Bukkit glue. A fork for Sponge may work, if the API is close enough.
