Update to 1.18.1 and added spanish (Spain) language #25

I updated the mod to be compatible with 1.18.1 and Mod Menu 3.0.0. Additionally, it now has a spanish translation.

Awesome, thank you! When I can get to a computer with a dev environment, I'll test it and merge it

No problem! although I'm not really sure about the mod_version jump that I did (1.2.3 to 1.3.0), since the only major thing it's the 1.18 update.

Ah, didn't catch that it. Yeah the version number shouldn't change from the 1.17 won't m one

gg me, I merged this on github, so now the 1.18 is in the 1.17 branch. Going to fix now, then do a release
