Variables for the CPU and GPU Name #44

I know, it can be low priority, but being aple to put the GPU and CPU name in the custom hud may be an option.

I could, I don't think it really has a use though. I can include it in the next update anyways though

you don't need to! I just thought of this at that moment so yea.

v2.1 adds {cpu_name}, {gpu_name}, {cpu_cores}, {cpu_threads}, and {display_refresh_rate}
