[x] Etheric Isle Separation and Distance
[x] Crystal Web spread chance
[ ] Inner Realm separation distance
[x] Crystal Spider spawn rate and quantity (Probably disabling them altogether and using a spawner)

The latest update should confine crystal spider spawns to certain Etheric Isles with spawners
