TL;DR: Whenever you sacrifice with Phantom Ruby Mine, it will be gone.
The issue is; the mine with calls for "Phantom Ruby Mine" is disappearing from your inventory, after sacrificing.
I don't have any proof of the current issue, it has happened not only with me, but with someone else too. And i have seen them before. I have nothing else to say, i just expect this issue to be fixed, and the phantom ruby mines of the people get back.
