Small fixes like

Update discord invite.
Change output dir to "/bin" instead your test server dir.

Some extra changes like.

Delete Metrics class and use it from repo, this also is being relocated.
Use repo if available or use jars from "libs/compileonly" to compile the plugin.
Added an option to disable metrics if server admin wants it.

Forget to mention that this also fixed default files not being generated and a message has added when selecting a language.
