[ ] Soulwhiskers cannot be crafted into Violet Dye.
[ ] Paleblooms cannot be crafted into White Dye.
[ ] Dawnbringers cannot be crafted into Orange Dye.

If we want Paleblooms to be crafted into dye, we may need to add a new White Dye item, since crafting them into Bonemeal would be pretty overpowered. That could get complicated though, since we'd need to make it usable in all the weird NBT recipes like banners, leather armor, and fireworks, so worst case we can just make them craftable into light grey dye like the other white flowers in the game.

Skimming through the change log of Forge 1.9, it looks like they have some new hooks for custom dye items. That should help with Fireworks and Banners at least. We probably need to make our own Wool, Stained Clay and Stained Glass (+ Panes) though.
