Grenades Issues

Here are some bugs with grenades:

• [x] Sometimes Impact Grenades bounces, not exploding on first contact with a block.
• [x] Sticky Grenades cause enviromental damage underwater.
• [x] Sticky Grenades stick on sugar canes (and i think with other non-solids, too)
• [x] Impact Grenades explode on suger canes contact (and i think with other non-solids, too)
• [x] If a block with a sticky grenade attached is removed, the sticky granade floats midair
