Missing Rotten Features

These features are missing on Rotten Wood Blocks:

[x] Drops 1-4 Sticks when harvested, unless harvested with Silk Touch.
[x] Has slightly less hardness than the Mossy Wood Boards it was crafted with.
[x] Has slightly less blast resistance than the Mossy Wood Boards it was crafted with.
[x] When stepped on by a mob or player, it will break into 1-4 Sticks.
[x] Can be used as Furnace fuel that burns for 300 t.
