Uranium and Plutonium Ores do not actually deal damage.

They give the player the desired potion effects, but for such a short period of time that the player never takes damage from them, even when standing inside of their range.

I see the problem here. The effect is applied too fast that the damage tick never happens. If i mine those blocks i get the damage from the effects because the potions aren't applied to the player again. Working on this.
