We actually did have plans to add this when we added food spoiling, but due to how rushed the 3.3.0 update was, we unfortunately never got around to it. I'll try to make sure it's added in 3.3.2 though, since I agree, that would be problematic when playing with other food mods.
Awesome, thanks for the quick response, I look forward to seeing what else you guys have in store.
Alright, so don't get me wrong, I'm really liking Minestrappolation, but I'm also playing in a personalized mod pack which includes lots of new food items and recipes etc, none of which spoil. To be completely honest I'm not totally fond of the spoiling mechanic all around and at this point in my minecraft experience I would prefer to turn it off (especially since most foods don't stack once their timer has started), to this end I'd like to suggest a config option that's simply an on or off toggle for food spoilage, something like "FoodSpoils=true" or such.
Anyway, it's just a suggestion, but it'd be really nice to see. Other than that I'm quite enjoying the mod, keep up the good work!
