Food Spoiling is borked. #345

Yep. Food appears to never spoil, even when not frozen. At first I thought it just wan't displaying the spoiling time correctly, but after waiting 30 minutes for an item with a spoil time of 20 minutes to spoil, I can confirm this is totally broken.

Weird. Spoiling seems to work fine on my side.
