Red Sandstone Generation issues #368

Red Sandstone replaces Red Sand, rather than generating under it.

Re-opened. The problem isn't fixed in 3.3.4, and rather seems to have gotten worse -- rather than simply replacing the Red Sand, Red Sandstone now generates in stupid looking craggly hills anywhere that Red Sand would normally generate.
