Compatibility with Chisel #374

I just had this idea when I saw the thread for Chisel. I think Stonecutter's blocks should be craftable in the chisel...

Based on how their mod works, this looks like it would be a LOT of work to implement, with a rather small outcome, since being able to craft them with the Chisel would really only add consistency rather than any real functionality. Plus, it looks like it might have to be added in their mod rather than ours, since all the recipes would be added for their Chisel item. Closing this for now, but I will add a new issue to remind us to add custom Stone Cutting recipes as an option in the config, so that even if you can't craft our blocks in the Chisel, you can at least craft all the Chisel blocks in the Stonecutter.
