Need to also add a random_messages to inform players they should use this ultimate builder tool

I think this mod is cool but needs several modifications for the creative server

• 1 : Remove the charge from diplazers
• 2 : Remove the loading system with mese
• 3 : Remove the "teleport to block" diplazer (6 I think) : There are already Nether pearls that work much better.
