Add a metro layer on the worldmap #494

As we now have an extending metropolitain network, I have the idea: add a layer on the map where any rail upper than -100 is reported. This layer would be optional with a thick, and the stations would be reported as waypoints on the map.

Well, I expect lines with different colors, but why not in this way, source code please :)

There's no source code, that's just a screenshot reworked in a GIS software ;)

Hey, can I help ? If u need anything I'm happy to help if I know what I can learn to do so as I ain't that gooday at luau at this time but I'm working on it if it require luau

@MightyStick For this issue you need some javascript skills, if it's your case, you can code us something, come on the IRC and we will discuss about it if you want

@LeMagnesium The layer isn't coded, if you want to work a little on javascript and leaflet, you can do it :)
