Filter Lease_remaining #11

Find lease_remaining does not give the years remaining but months remaining.

Reason for disagreement: The commands to set the filter conditions and the parameters of the filter conditions is shown just prior to the find command. Filter lease_remaining 10, and find would be able to display above result.
