Machikado S2: some issues #14

I see posters in the README and on some public tracker sites, but no posters in the repo. The image does not display as expected.

Bonus subtitles Mini has some episodes missing the CHT_JPN variant, but has links to them in the README.

TBH these three haven't made any progress for a long time. I guess I'll start with Machikado S2
