Error with incorrect error message while editing event date #7

When trying to edit only one of an event's start date/end date, nothing happens and there is an error stated No changes specified for the event. Editing event's date only works when editing both dates.

Reason for disagreement: I think that this is a valid bug that could cause confusion and inconvenience to user. Instead of [response.Rejected], I think a [response.NotInScope] is more suitable in this case, since the team mention that it is in Planned Enhancement of DG.
