Acceptance Criteria

Upload Profile

• When the applicant uploads files to update their profile, the system should:
  • Accept only valid file formats (e.g., PDF, DOCX).
  • Save the uploaded profile successfully in a separate database.
  • Display an appropriate error message and fail the upload if the file format or size is invalid.
  • List the uploaded profile or attachments as viewable after submission.

Delete Profile

• The system should:
  • Provide an option to delete the applicant's profile.
  • Ask for confirmation before proceeding with the deletion after the user clicks the delete option.
  • Ensure that the deleted profile is no longer accessible.

Download Profile

• The system should:
  • Allow the applicant to download their current profile and attachments.
  • Download the profile in the selected format (e.g., PDF, DOCX).
  • Display an appropriate message and disable the download option if the profile is unavailable.
