Quick Fix in the last GPU fix #23

I missed a scenario where the order of IfConditions matter. Now the GPU Widget should really use HWiNFO or MSIAfterburner instead of UsageMonitor´

I couldn't figure out how to sign my commit yet. I just wanted to make this quick fix so people can use the GPU Widget

Don't worry, signing commit is quick and easy. You just set it up EXACTLY ONE TIME, after that you just use it.
