toggle shorcut is not working on macOS

it works fine on linux by pressing alt+p but when I press ⌥+p in macOS its not work

update: it works in the weird way

first I need to trigger print dialog by pressing the ⌘+p close the dialog and immediately press ⌥+p the badge will show immediately

macOS Big Sur version 11.1 Google Chrome Version 87.0.4280.88 (Official Build) (x86_64)

ok, so it looks like on a mac, the p was not the best choice of names.

Does it make sense to pick a different key to bind to this behavior?
