envvars.sh missing? #2

Hello, I am looking at this repro while investigating issues with cargo llvm-cov nextest archive. Your dockerfile references ./envvars.sh but this file doesn't exist in this rep(r)o. Why not? Would you consider adding it?

...never mind, I see envvars.sh is generated by the script itself, apologies for bogus issue.
