Add text explaining distance to game end for games

Would be super useful to see game end conditions (size of hotels in acquire, number of buildings in rtta)

Maybe showing some distance from game end is generally useful for games and it could be permanent in the render, like:

baconheist is 1200 points away from winning

or

beefsack can end the game next turn by building a development
