MBS event ID not set in MidasConverter #6

Need to add fill_data->SetEventID(0) or similar in MidasConverter and/or initialise the value correctly in the header of Converter.hh to prevent a load of weird warnings in the event builder for MIDAS files.

I think that this is fixed by 40f5f58dc65d54cc024c1789b9ed0d12f1203126, at least I haven't had any complaints from users during the current experiment.
