Severe mouse button hiccups: taskmanager and taskbar are fubar #3

After some hours of testing windeckos, i stumbled across some major problems:

  1. sometimes i'm unable to click on a folder in my taskbar (2 folders or more are required) unless i use the touchscreen (neither a nor r2 seem to be working)
  2. once i start the taskmanager, the mouse cursor just stops working and dissappears. Touchscreen remains working as usual though.
  3. if i right click on any symbols on the far right side of the taskbar (steam for example) all other input options apart from touch also just freezes.

Ok ok, I believe I know what's causing all of these. It has to do with steam not being ran as an administrator so I'm thinking I probably messed something up.

All of these issues should be relieved if you close out of steam completely and open it as an administrator. Please let me know if this fixes it, and if so, i'll have it fixed in the next update along with notes on how to fix the problem on your current build.
