The fishing system is outdated and uses an old system.

Describe the solution you'd like A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

Update the way loot tables are handled and add more to fishing. Add new fishes and change current fish item into a type of fish.

Describe alternatives you've considered A clear and concise description of any alternative solutions or features you've considered.

Maybe add a time meter either a custom one, maybe Stardew Valley style…

Shall we plan this to 2.2.1 or 2.3?

I think this is an small change, so this should be planned for 2.2.1.

The root cause of #462 might also be fixed by this.
