Menubar stays dark and autohidden after full-screen

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start nocture (in Day mode)
2. Switch to full-screen in some app (e.g. Keynote)
3. Switch back out of full-screen, and menubar is now dark and auto-hidden

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Menubar should maintain state, not become dark. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Nocture 2.0, OS X 10.6.7

Please provide any additional information below.
Menubar can be restored either by switching back to the login-screen and 
returning to the session, or by switching to night and back to day in nocturne.
(note: this issue is distinct from issues 22 and 33)
