Thanks for the bug report. It looks like the picture you have supplied demonstrates issue #4 where Muon doesn't apply itself properly to some villages. The terrain smoothing features characteristic of Muon appear to be absent.

Some tweaks to how land under buildings is handled could improve things, but overall this would be a big job and may not play well with other mods.
Compatibility with Streams is unknown, but should hopefully not be an issue. Please let me know if they interact badly.
I'm using Moun 0.2 together with Biomes O' Plenty and Recurrent Complex in 1.11.2 Minecraft.

It would be nice if Muon could do something about the buildings generating on the water. Also, the crop fields don't really fit, have a look at the one on the right.
P.S. is Muon compatible with Streams?
