@Josh-The-Miner 3/21/22 Update. Beginning with our earliest clients: tresminers, mssquad, and mskelly.
Running into an issue with tresminers determining which SNs they still have on-site vs. off-site. 11 S19 110TH machines were sent to them and 1 serial number is not showing in asset mgmt. Another serial is showing as 96TH machine. It's difficult to understand where the error lies.
mssquad orginally ordered 141 machines, but 3 were reported as going almost immediately into RMA. We are looking for a record to indicate which 3 machines those were, but currently, my hope is to do a process of elimination of those 3 through this entire process.
we have a record of mskellys 143 original SNs, so that is good, but 2 were in RMA, so I need to confirm which SNs have been returned to us.
Not moving on to other clients until these clients have been resolved.
Do we at least know what machines each of these 3 clients SHOULD have? If we at least have that, we can collect details on everyone else and understand the adjustments needed across the board to make everything right.
We know the model counts, but that does not take SNs into account.

OK, that is good. If we have that, and all of the serial numbers we know we've given to customers we should be good. We make sure all of the serial numbers are attached to the right customers and then fill in the gaps with whatever is leftover. I assume I am missing something here... :)
Initial Snapshot has been completed for review at Tuesday's D&A meeting - for collaboration to determine the next steps. Please see screenshot spreadsheet linked above
Client machines will be verified for model, quantity, and serial number accuracy. Machines which have passed verification will have their workernames changed to [client].[last 4 of Mx]x[IP 3rd Octet]x[IP 4th Octet]. Google Sheet will be linked which each client listed and necessary steps to complete verfication.
