added links to modlist in README.md #1

I took the project-id from the .pw.toml-files and then used the corresponding curseforge-link. There were three mods where I couldn't find a corresponding .pw.toml file.

turns out the curseforge pages for the three mods did not exist

so ill just yeet the three mods out of the modlist
