Carry over spoilers in embed #91

Make use of spoiler tags when something is marked as spoiler in the post.

I'm not sure if possible but would help especially with NSFW/Sensitive/spoilers.

This is not possible with link embeds. Use spoiler markdown when you post the link with || link || instead.
