Active state for picking benefits is maybe unclear #70

It's a border, but maybe it should be a background color instead, or a darker border, or something?

I think we fixed this in the recent theme change. At least until we find out otherwise, anyway.

It's possible that there's an issue with the border not showing up in Android though.
