Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When an ACF front end form saves a post, the plugin doesn't send it to Salesforce. See this forum post.

Describe the solution you'd like Send it to Salesforce. This should only be added as a feature if it doesn't conflict with standard plugin work.

This was fixed by #391.
