What does this Pull Request do?

Our included version of the Force.com toolkit, which we use for the Soap API integration, has been deprecated. Message Agency appears to be maintaining a fork that we can use. This fixes #429.

How do I test this Pull Request?

do a merge operation in Salesforce with the setting enabled in the plugin and make sure it gets detected.
