This fixes a (widely reported) problem in 2.1.x versions, where pushing an update from a Salesforce record can cause the plugin to incorrectly detect the record as pulling, preventing the record from pushing. #454

What does this Pull Request do?

This is part of #452. In my testing, it is able to fix at least multiple issues collected on that thread, and possibly all of them.
