Limiting Turbot power consumption to 5W. #19

What is the power draw of the Minnowboard Turbot? Would it be possible to ensure that consumption does not exceed 5 W?

Hi Harper,

This depends whether 5W is a hard-limit or just a time-average limit.

If you are careful on the software side, 5W average is easy. A hard limit, suggesting a limited power-supply, is difficult, if not impossible, without hardware modifications.
