Allow title to be non-unique

If I have multiple logins for a single object (site, device, whatever), it 
would make more sense for uniqueness to be based on title+username than title 
alone.

For example, if I have multiple accounts on gmail, I would like to have entries 
in WebPasswordSafe that look like this:

gmail/user1/password
gmail/user2/password
gmail/user3/password

As it is now, I have to come up with a unique title, which usually ends up 
looking like this:

gmail user1/user1/password
gmail user2/user2/password
gmail user3/user3/password

As you can see, there is redundant data there.

This is on WebPasswordSafe Version 1.2.1 running under FreeBSD 9.0-RELEASE-p3.
