Only the top menu is seen on safari for iOS #79

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. log in via safari for iOS
2.
3.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I should be able to see password search, tags, and passwords, but I only see 
the top menu.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
1.2.1 on slackware linux 14.0

I tried to log in on safari for iOS again, and magically, I could just log in.
But the presentation problem still remains.

Try clicking Password -> Search -> Refresh Search in the menu bar.  Might be a 
caching issue.

When I click "password", no menu appears.
