Feature: Show "real" elo of players where elo has been set specifically #11

It would be nice, if this line of code: https://github.com/MinoMino/minqlbot-plugins/blob/c3ff9fe24995d5499a3ed862b39f4705283d7f64/plugins/balance.py#L262

Would also show their real elo in a bracket or something, when their elo has been modified by using the !setelo command.
