Fix trac-ik compilation errors
- Don't edit the header file location in code (breaks sub-repo behaviour)
- Create symlink using install script
Add Arduino source code to the repo
Remove rrbot & hector sub-repo's (no longer used)
Stop using custom workspace name (this is a personal issue :))

Done and partially obsolete, clone repo with --recursive option, no more errors on trac-ik
