[Windows] Upgrade interval isn't extended by upgrade. #186

  1. Exit Emacs, then upgrade packages by answering y to prompt
  2. 7 days later...
  3. Exit Emacs, then upgrade packages by answering y to prompt
  4. Launch Emacs just after step 3, and unexpected upgrade prompt appears by exiting Emacs (which will appear 7 days later)

On my observation on Windows, it seems timestamp of ~/.emacs.d/.my-init-el-package-last-upgrade file isn't updated on step 3.

This can't be reproduced on my AWS workspaces Virtual Desktop environment (Windows Server 2016). Hmm...

I can't reproduce this on my environment which first I found this on. Now I close this ticket, but it will be reopened if I will reproduce.

Reproduced on Windows11..
