Build warnings by unexpectedly shared output dir among several files.

Describe the bug

• On Windows Visual Studio 2019, build samples occurs a warning like following

  警告 | MSB8028 | 中間ディレクトリ (..\..\..\..\out\sample\x64\Debug\) に別のプロジェクト (libfixedpointnumber_sample_dump_range.vcxproj, libfixedpointnumber_sample_calc_half.vcxproj) と共有されているファイルが含まれています。これにより、クリーンしてリビルド動作が適切に行われない可能性があります。 | libfixedpointnumber_sample_calc_pi | C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Visual Studio\2019\Community\MSBuild\Microsoft\VC\v160\Microsoft.CppBuild.targets | 491 |  

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Open libfixedpointnumber.sln
2. Build libfixedpointnumber_dump_range / x64 / Debug (any configuration may occur this)

Expected behavior

• Build completion without any errors and warnings
