[ ] Enable actions workflow on pushing to main branch
[ ] Add badges to README.md with ?branch=main

Status badges by same workflow but different events are same appearance. So putting both will be very confusing. For users, status badges of release are more valuable than badges of main branch. So, I put only status badges of release, not main branch.
