User wants to sign up for welfare events #5

As a working adult, I want to be able to easily sign up for welfare events if I wish without having to go approach the organisations in my free time.

Elaboration: Be able to indicate whether user wants to attend event as a helper, or for other roles (I.e. School project group, entertainer etc.)
